For a network marketing company to work well for you as a distributor, you must be able to create excitement in other people. Network marketing or MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) as it's also called, can create a large income for those who simply just want to sell the product but to reach those upper levels of income where you're earning six figures or even more, you need to create a chain of people underneath you within your organization. And the best way to do so is to motivate others to want to take action and come join you and your company. This is where the real income is made in Network Marketing. The ideal situation is that you find a wide array of people who wish to join your company and sign up underneath you. These people then go out and do the same thing you just did. They get excited, find others who wish to join the company and sell the products and then get these new people signed up. This continues on until a large chain of people are formed. As product sales are made, and more people get recruited into the company through your distributors, (also called your downline), the money flows up the chain of command where you sit. As more people get brought into the company, the more money you will make. However, its important to note that the number of people within your own organization does not always stay the same. Some will stick with the company for only a short amount of time while others will create a true business out of it. It is your job as a leader to keep those in your organization motivated and enthused about your products and their place within the company. Training should be an integral part of your network marketing organization. When you train and thus motivate those who are underneath you in the chain of command, you are assuring that everyone is on the same page. Having a set of rules that everyone follows also assures that whenever problems do arise, it will make them easier to solve. Training also helps your entire organization learn the techniques they need in order to truly become a success within the company. Part of your training should also include how to create excitement in others. Each person that you have brought into the company will ideally bring in others, and this continues on down the line. However, it's important that each of these people that are broght in also know how to create that enthusiasm in other people as well. If people don't have someone who is guiding them and making them feel good about their decision to become involved in your company, they will eventually quit or move on to another organizaion. If people quit, your chain of people quit growing and eventually you're back to square one. There are many ways to help you achieve this excitement in others. One way to do this is by conducting your own weekly phone calls with your entire group. Another way to do this is to outsource the work. There are many companies who offer Network Marketing training for a fee. When you consider how important it is to keep your group motivated but are unsure of your ability to do this well, outsourcing is a fantastic option. If you want a happy and wealthy organization keep yourself motivated and teach others how to do the same. This allows you to grow your group at an exponential rate and allows you to create that income you have always desired.
