How can you enhance male fertility? The sperm from a healthy male unites with the egg of a female to form a baby, a real human life. This is a fascinating thing to happen. Keep your scrotum cool, avoid wearing tight fitting clothes and avoid hot environments, saunas and bath tubs.

Medical practitioners today believe that, to-be-dads can cause birth defects in their babies, if their reproductive health is not up to mark and their sperm is damaged. Here food and nutrition also plays an important part.

Eat a well balanced diet, rich in antioxidants and vitamins and other nutrients. Eat healthy foods that will increase your sperm count. Eat green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, and citrus fruits. Include vitamins such as, vitamin C, E and nutrients like zinc, folate ands selenium. These are some of the foods that increase sperm count.

Herbs such as maca, astralagus, ginseng, flaxseed oil and saw palmetto and pumpkin seeds are said to aid in raising the sperm count. Consult your doctor before taking any over-the-counter products that claim to enhance male fertility.

Finally, learn to relax, do meditation and yoga and deep breathing exercises regularly. Do not over-tax or stress yourself. Read good books and articles that will help to clear your doubts. You can use this as a checklist on how to enhance male fertility.
