Success is based on the perfection of a few key principles and whether you are talking about how to become a world champion martial artist, survives three tours in combat, or running a million dollar business the principles are the same. These key principles are a defined purpose or goal, specialized knowledge, speed, maximum efficiency and follow through.

The first is speed. The famous Okinawan Karate Master Chotoku Kyan stated that above all, speed is the most important. Whether you are competing in sports, investing in real estate or implementing a new marketing campaign speed is the difference between success and failure. Ripley's Believe It Or Not proclaimed that Terry Bryan had the fastest hands on the planet when he demonstrated his incredible martial arts skills on their show, and has done the same in business and investing as he has consistently show members of his inner circle how they can go from an annual salary to making that much a month within a year or less using his unique Streetwise Success Principles.

Success Starts by having clearly defined goals and an action plan. Once that has been achieved, it is gaining specialized knowledge from the best teachers and mentors out there so you can gain knowledge quickly and implement those action plans right away.

The most successful people use mentors and coaches to help them with their short cuts to success by following proven success systems and not having to try and reinvent the wheel. It is common for members in the elite mastermind inner circle to achieve more in a short period than most people do in a lifetime. In Terry's Inner Circle he focuses on the four pillars of success - personal development, creative investing, business systems and direct response marketing.

Personal Development: You will never get a better return on your investment than investing on yourself and trying to double your knowledge of specific information as it pertains to successfully obtaining your goals. Reading, studying, listening to positive and education information, attending seminars, hiring coaches and mentors, and belonging to a mastermind is the foundation of all successful people.

Creative Investing: More people have created and kept their wealth in real estate than any other avenue, so if you are looking to create wealth, there is no better method than investing in real estate. There are thousands of niches in real estate and they all work. Members in Terry's Inner Circle learn creative strategies that allow investors to make incredible returns on their investments in a relatively short period of time.

Getting rich in real estate is not a get rich quick scheme, but a get rich slow reality. However using proven success systems, many of our students have retired in 2 years or less.

Business Systems: If you own a business, you would benefit from Michael Gerber's book "The E-Myth". He describes a business as something where you can walk away for 6 months and come back and it is doing fine. If you can't, then you don't have a business, you have a job. Platinum members that are seeing the most incredible gains are the ones that have a business on autopilot, and put their cash flow in real estate.

Terry Bryan has been called the "Warriorwiz" and the "Black Belt Investor Millionaire Maker" because of his un-canning ability to use traditional military and martial arts principles in conjunction with business systems, creative real estate investing, etc., to help his students get the life they deserve.
