How do you HONESTLY feel after you have just sold that new policy, sold that new home, or sold that new bottle of juice and pills that "cure" everything? How about that new associate you just recruited into your work at home business opportunity with the promise of a life changing income?
Why do I ask these questions? The answer to these questions and more will decide your success in any business (or personal) venture. I have been in sales for a lot of years, including venturing into and succeeding in a national Network Marketing and currently a licensed professional in the Insurance industry.

Like most of us we have recruited that person we know does not have the aptitude to succeed in our business, we have sold a product that has not worked for us or in some cases we do not even use or may even detest the taste. Why do we continue to sell just to meet that goal or to seek success at whatever cost? The answer is simple. We get sucked in by the drama, the success stories of others, and the ease with which we can succeed. Have you ever signed up for that "How to make easy money with an Internet Business online without a computer and without doing anything"? I hear the scam accusations coming on.... but Hint..... Does "online" and "without a computer" go together?
To succeed you need two simple attributes:
1. HONESTY - Be extremely honest about what you are selling. If it does not work for you, there is a chance it will not work for them. Please do not sell it to others no matter the initial profit you stand to make. A gentleman once extolled the value of a juice that would allow me to work at home while making a life changing income. He gave me a sample after taking a drink. His face showed how awful it tasted but that did not stop him from telling me how well it sold on line. He did not even have a computer! He told me how this product prevented and cured colds and other diseases. He forgot that he had just told me that he had been fighting a cold. I tasted the drink and almost threw up. He was working hard to get back his investment.
2. HELP NOT SELL - Do you know people that hate to sell? I know many. When I was introduced into the "selling" business, I did not like what sales people looked like and I could tell they were more interested in meeting their quotas rather than HELPING me. I decided that if my product or service could not help my client, I just could not sell it with a good conscience. Change your language and watch that life changing income appear right before your eyes - over time. When you wake up in the morning, instead of saying "my goal is to sell 12 widgets" simply change your language to say "I will help 12 wonderful people today" You will notice how good that feels and how it depends on attribute #1 -Honesty! Implement this simple change and watch your organization, sales team or downline flourish. Remember even people who hate to sell would not mind "helping."
These 2 attributes will help you generate a live changing income whether you have a work at home opportunity or an Internet business online.
