Dreams may occur as a sign or either as a warning to a person who is not aware with his/her surrounding. Interpretations of our dreams are sometimes help us to be able to understand it's meaning. We tend to realize how does it affect our moods, attitude and we learn how to deal with it. By learning we discover things beyond our imagination. All of us has different and unique dreams depending on it's interpretations and meaning.

By understanding the meaning of our dreams we gain self-knowledge and developed our inner communication with unnatural feelings. It is best to start writing down as much as what you still remember on your dreams and find it's definition and meaning. How do dreams bring us to reality? it is by acknowledging it's source and through this we become aware. Dream interpretation is a good source of knowledge and ideas in dealing with our personal life, relationship, future and even the unfinished business.

For Example I remember dreaming of a baby or nourishing a baby it means: To see a baby in your dream, signifies innocence, warmth and new beginnings. Babies may symbolize something in your own inner nature which is pure, vulnerable, and/or uncorrupted. Babies may represent an aspect of yourself that is vulnerable and helpless. If you dream that you forgot you had a baby, then it suggests that you are trying hide your own vulnerabilities; You do not want to let others know of your weaknesses. This also signifies Happiness. Rebirth and Trust.

We must find our own way to interpret our own dreams. The best way seems to be asking your dream a question.

1. What were you doing in your dream? 2. What are the issues, conflict, problems and unresolved situations in your dreams?

By answering few of this questions gives us a clearer explanation with what are we dream about.The best approach to tackling a tough dream is to relax. If you become worried easily and find that when trying to work with and analyze one of your dreams you quickly begin to become exasperated by its difficulty, it may be a good idea get relaxed first.
