Successful people are confident people.  Some may think that successful people are confident because they are successful.  The truth is you will gain more confidence with success, but your confidence does not start once you achieve success.

Some people think that having confidence means posturing, or putting on airs or just plain faking it.  But there is a simple secret to having confidence.

The secret to being confident is to have certainty.  When you are certain about your ideas, your products, your services or anything for that matter, you will naturally have confidence.  Your certainty and confidence will attract more business to you as people start to notice and admire you.

Living your passion and purpose in life are essential aspects of being confident but brings with it the added characteristic known as charisma.

 If you are dissatisfied with what you do and do not know what your purpose or passion in life is, it will be hard to display confidence and charisma.  You will probably radiant frustration and dissatisfaction instead. 

When you find passion in what you do, and live a purposeful life, that energy emanates from you giving you charisma and confidence.  You will start to captivate people with your enthusiasm.

Once you have developed your confidence people will naturally be attracted to you.  They will look to you for inspiration. You can uplift their spirits just by walking into the room.

Success will bring about a higher level of confidence.  Small successes will increase your confidence by a small amount.  By staying on the course of your journey to success, striving for even greater accomplishments and meeting the challenges of life successfully, you will feel even more confidant.

Success is a key to confidence, but certainty comes first.  Your passion and sense of purpose will tell you when your plans and ideas are right for you. Take action with modifications along the way.  As your certainty beings to raise so will your confidence.  You will become unstoppable.

Confidence comes from certainty and greater confidence comes from success.  Charisma comes from knowing your passion and living your purpose.

Make it a high priority in your live to do what you love, following through on your commitments, and you will display confidence and charisma with out even realizing it.

When you are confidant and charismatic, people will respect you.  They will look to you for advice and inspiration.  You will be able to open so many doors of opportunity with your certainty, success and confidence.
