Quit living in the past. We all have our pasts to handle. We cannot rewrite it but we can ignore it and decide to move on. Direct yourself out of the vicious cycle of the past and live your life to the fullest. Do not justify the past by making excuses. Acknowledge your past errors but do not immerse yourself in them. Entrust to God everything. Grant Him to work in you, hoping in the thought that He will completely erase the past. Let go. Be happy. Permit yourself to be trustful. Never allow the past to destroy your future. Getting Motivated. Keep in mind that your thoughts effect your emotions. Control your thoughts and sift them into positive tools to become a conqueror. Refrain from criticizing yourself, instead find an opportunity to reaffirm yourself that your decision is right. Do not blame others or find reasons for your attitude, but instead be firm that the change you desire emanates from the deepest part of your soul. Be responsible, approve and just love yourself. Relish in your success. Do not return to the vicious cycle of worrying especially during eating. This is dishonor to the Lord. If you have worries you must have to deal with, write them down on paper and take time off it for awhile. Do not ever attempt to address issues before eating. The moment you have committed, refrain from worrying and be constructive. If things remain as they are, submit everything to God. The Lord knows everything. He can see your heart, your desires and longings. The Lord knows our capabilities. Always seek guidance for you to be able to understand your predicament. Perceive the future from a new mind set. You are a changed being. Your mind is no longer stuffed with counterproductive thoughts, but rather, it is replaced with fresh and brand new assuring thoughts that you are a changed creation. Rewrite your list of priorities and goals. Make a list of positive statements to boost and invigorate you. Joy and serenity will no longer be easily captured from you because your heart has it. It is your decision to be serene and joyful. compulsive eating and compulsive behaviors require a process of healing that can not be hurried never become discouraged, be thank full for any progress you have.
