With the strong growth of B2C (Business to Customer) trading sites for in-game items exchange springing up in the MMORPG industry, some issues emerge and need to be addressed. It cannot be denied that B2C platform benefits MMORGP players in many ways, such as low risk, credibility, fast delivery etc. After all, most B2C platforms are owned by big companies, which highly value their corporate reputation and image. Despite all its merits, however, the profit margin is squeezed considerably due to the involvement of a third party - brokers. They buy items from one player, then sell to other players. Under such circumstances, some people bring forward a new mode of exchange ---C2C (Customer to Customer), which, to some extent, equals direct selling. Without the brokers' intervention, the purchase is done between sellers and buyers directly. This maximizes profit. Well, some people may wonder: as a new comer to the RMT industry, what are the pros and cons of C2C mode? For the negative, well, it deserves more attention. Firstly, under C2C mode, buyers and sellers are engaged in business as individuals, which makes it hard to control the related risk. The probability of fraud activities like false order or vicious chargeback is higher than that of B2C sites. Secondly, in the terms of efficiency, there would be some discouraging scenes that many offers just hang out there for so long and can't attract enough buyers. Finally, in the aspect of customer service, many C2C sites claim that the business activities are something between sellers and buyers, so the sites themselves won't bear any responsibilities for any selling dispute, which, to some degree, scares gamers away According to what mentioned above, it can be seen that if there are some improvements in risk control and customer service, C2C sites can put its full potential into play. As a classic model of C2C site, MMOEx, right from its debut, has won gamers around the world, who give it the true ratings as "fair price, safe transaction, fast delivery and excellent service" As a site of over 25,000 members, MMOEx makes its best to guarantee the transparency and fairness of price. During transaction, seller and buyer both engage in the price rating, through which, the seller can get the most possible profit while the buyers are protected from being overcharged. In terms of efficiency, with a such huge user base, once an offer appears, no one will stay back to miss a bite. As far as the risk control is concerned, in order to keep buyers from being cheated, the whole process from placing an order to arranging the delivery is monitored by MMOEx staff, if there is something wrong with your order, you will be notified to recheck your account. Meanwhile, taking the sellers' concern for fraud and chargeback into consideration, MMOEx is armed with advanced Anti-Filtering System, through which every order can be verified for its authenticity. Plus, there are many experienced anti-fraud specialists conducting deeper analysis to each transaction, so as to make fraud and even eliminated. What's more, for any vicious chargebacks that might occur, MMOEx accepts the liability. The presence of MMOEx takes the mainstream RMT market with a little surprise, and nobody knows if it will overpass the splendid history that EBay has ever created. Yet, if you are thinking about grabbing some new share in the market of virtual item exchange, you may as well give yourself a try at MMOEx, which will bring you a brand-new perspective toward in-game virtual business.

MMOEX is the worse website to buy stuff. I bought some gold there for my son and after 72 hours. I've been trying to get my money back or my gold and the seller WoWMine will not even answer the mail and I had to use the online chat that is not a great help either. I will make sure everyone knows about this. This is stealing and this is a BIG SCAM!!!
