Many types of fear run rampant due to lack of trust, which when entertained in someone's mind, bring about the thing most feared. Remember fears are learned beliefs, as you were not born with your current fears other than the fear of falling and the fear of loud noises.

All other fears you therefore acquired through your parents, the media, friends, school, and religious leaders. So when you hear the fearful thoughts expressed in your mind chatter, whose voice and lack of trust are you really hearing? How is that interfering with your overall success in life?

"There is nothing to fear but fear itself." Franklin D. Roosevelt.

Scientists, theologians, psychologists, and philosophers have all proven that what we think and focus on, with emotion, we bring about. Simply put, thoughts of worry and doubt mixed with fear produce negative outcomes in your physical world and keep you away from your best success.

Fear is simply a state of mind based on past experience and on anticipated future outcomes. Fear is the expectation of a certain pain. Neither needs to be your reality. Your past does not need to equal your future and your future can be whatever you desire to create.

Most fears fall into the following categories:

Fear of criticism Fear of poverty Fear of ill health Fear of loss of a loved one Fear of old age Fear of death.

Whichever fear you are holding onto is what's actually stopping you from reaching your highest potential and being all you can be. Frequently we fear something because we really would rather not take full responsibility for our entire life experience.

Why are you so fearful of changing what you know deep down needs to change? Wouldn't it be easier to make the decision once in for all to eliminate the current problem and move towards the success you want?

"Do the thing you fear most and the death of fear is certain." Mark Twain.

Most people go about attempting to create what they want by setting goals for themselves and by taking actions towards these goals. Yet, despite the best plans, they spend most of their time worrying about why and how things will not work out instead of expecting their success to manifest. They do not trust the process.

We do things, which at a subconscious level, we believe will work. So if you choose to worry it is because you believe it pays to worry. Yet, how is worrying working for you?

Worrying comes from being focused on the past or on the future. We cannot change the past, so you might as well drop it.

Forgiveness is giving up all hope of a better yesterday.

On the other hand, you cannot control the future either, so you might as well leave it alone.

Instead, if you were to keep your mind and energy on the present moment, and trust your inner self, you would find yourself receiving inspiration. You would therefore be able to take inspired action. Inspired action coming from the heart always leads you to a life infused with greater joy and ease.
