Interest is a ‘rent’ paid on borrowed capital. You have money and want to keep it secure. So you are opting for a savings account in a reputed bank. Do you think it is a good solution? Are you happy with the low interest rates? High interest rate and return should be your goal. If you keep your money in savings account you only get 2%-3%interest. But if you invest it in real estate business you can earn much higher interest. It is a mutual growth. They are making huge profits utilizing your money; in return they will give you higher percentage of interest.

Banks have many clients and they treat you as one of them. Whenever you withdraw money, you have to undergo a long process. Your interest will not be calculated till that time period. You have also to pay some extra charged money as ‘added interest’ due to withdrawing the fund in pre-mature stage. But in real estate you can withdraw your money within a short notice. Your interest will be calculated on that time period. Usually the majority of real estate depositors happily give their lenders a definite high interest and 10%-15% return on their investment amount. No statutory interest charges will be added to the amount withdrawn.

It is a common practice to invest money in stock market. Many investors, frustrated with the low interest rates in the market invest their money in the stock market for high returns.

However there are better alternatives than the stock market, which always suffers ups and downs. Try out the high interest rates in real estate business, which ensures good returns of the money you lend.

Still confused? Let me explain. In stock market if you invest on stale stocks for security purpose the interest rates, and thus, growth of your money will be stagnant.

So if you have an urge for earning extra interests you should head for real estate investments.

If you are a retired person and want to gain high interest rates on your gratuity and provident fund, there are options in front of you. You can keep your money in secured retirement accounts. This, however, will not allow you to get enough interest rates and high returns. If you are the person who lives your life in your own interests then you must opt for real estate investments.

These are the aspects Donald Trump understood and made his very first big real estate deal which transformed the ramshackle Commodore Hotel on 42nd Street in New York City into the splendid Grand Hyatt. Most interestingly, Trump hardly used his own money in this transaction. But at a later stage, he sold his half interest to Hyatt for a whopping $85 million.

Now that you know where to get your best interest rate, think over it and begin the process.
