Of course, even in the paid category, you'll encounter lots of junk and/or repeat information. However, most all of the reputable information exchanges have solid return policies. How do I know that? Because, I have spent a great deal of my own money online and every now and then I come across worthless or regurgitaed information that I happily exercise my no questions asked full return policy on, and yes, they really do issue a complete refund.
