Once you have newly enrolled your MLM distributor, training is critical and must be done properly. You owe it to your distributor as their sponsor. Your job is not done once you have sponsored someone. This is only the beginning stage. Long-term growth is crucial to your business and theirs as well. There are a few important points to keep in mind:

1. Extensive ongoing training. This includes adopting new technologies and strategies along the way.

2. Your accessibility. How easy are you to contact? Do you return calls and/or emails promptly? Or do you ignore them all together.

3. Have a strong and lifetime relationship with the top leaders of your team. They are the top leaders for a reason. It is your job to find out why by learning from them.

4. Teamwork. This is critical for all MLM distributors. You need them. They need you.

How do you follow up with your new MLM distributors?

1. Take an interest in what it is that they are doing.

2. Consistent training. We never stop learning. Therefore neither should you or your MLM distributors. This will keep the entire team motivated and excited.

3. Give positive feedback and make them feel good about your company, the product and especially themselves. A little encouragement goes a long way.

4. Monitor long-term growth. It is essential to know how they are growing. Ask questions like "How are things going?", "What more can I do to help you?". Share stories about the business and the products. Let them tell you how they are building their team.

5. Monitor their methods. This means that you need to make adjustments along the way to what they are doing with the marketing and team building system. They should not be reinventing the wheel. Duplicate. Not innovate.

6. Conversation. Have them call you and speak with you in person to find out how serious they are about building their business. This way you don't invest time, energy and effort into an MLM distributor that has little or no intention of being dedicated to the business. If they are not returning your calls, try again. If they still don't return your calls-move on. They have to want it. You can't want it for them. This will speed up the process of finding your true leaders for your MLM organization and your team.

By following these simple steps, you will generate a strong, healthy and motivated team that will ensure long-term growth of your MLM business.

All the best-
