Reframe Your View: Vitality, Exhilaration, and Joy are energizing and stimulating to the human spirit, yet few truly live with this heightened level of emotion and enthusiasm...
It is always my intention to be of goodwill, to inspire, and to motivate anyone and everyone that enters my circle of influence. I often say, "It's all good!" Prior to my pursuit as an entrepreneur, while at my previous job, I’ve actually been asked, "Why do you smile so much?" My response is, "Why not, I am blessed and life is good." When working with people that want or need your service, offering a smile will visually and energetically send out an uplifting message that you care. Wherever I am, I observe the people around me. I notice people who work hard but have complacent attitudes. Many complain, but do nothing to change themselves or the situation. It's easier to go with the flow than to create your own flow. Many people make numerous excuses for their situations. I have done so myself. How easy is it to get caught up in the whirlwind of life events and even feel stuck at times? How easy is it to forget the privilege you have to choose your perspective? It’s time to start paying closer attention to your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. How often are you holding your breath throughout the day? Are you a reactor or a responder? Practice objectivity; step outside yourself and become the observer.
I ask you, are you really committed to being successful in your business and in your life? When you are truly committed to success, there are no obstacles too great to overcome. There's no settling or complaining. When you have the WILL you’ll FIND or MAKE a way!
Envision the Change and Progress You Desire: We’ve all heard that if you keep on doing what you’ve been doing, you’ll keep on getting what you’ve been getting. Many of us can talk a great talk but there is no consistency or purposeful action to the talk, we are in the TRY mode (perpetual motion like a hamster on a wheel), and the WHY mode (why aren’t things working out the way I want them to?) We must commit to self-discipline, to developing habits that get us desired results. It’s time for LESS TALK and MORE ACTION. Put your energy and attention on purposeful, productive activity designed on getting results. Identify each aspect of your life--health, finances, family, social, relationships, etc. Write them down. Make the connection: Visualize and Feel the emotion of achieving the results you are desiring. Determine action oriented goals for each; commit to what you will do to work towards making your vision a reality.
"GET IN YOUR GROOVE" Get and Stay FOCUSED! Constantly work to develop and refine yourself. Do whatever it takes to make it happen. Allow yourself to be driven by passion and purpose. Embrace challenges no matter what they may be. It’s important to remember the actions or inactions taken on a daily basis affects and changes lives, starting with your own! Your journey is about personal growth and development; about your ability to realize your greatest hopes and dreams and offering the same to people that are in and around your lives. You begin to discover yourself, your strengths and your weaknesses. Excuses are just that. Many people thrive on complaining and making excuses. This becomes a part of their identity and their accepted reality. The reality that says they have to continually justify why they don’t have what they say they want. This is sad and a waste of good talent that is buried deep within those excuses. What could you possibly achieve or accomplish if you lived up to your fullest potential?
