Beagles are amazing hunting dogs, they are good with children, and they are adorable animals. There are plenty of reasons why you would want to get a dog, and even more why you would want to get this breed of dog. Below are some things to think about when buying a Beagle dog.

1. Before you go out and buy a dog you need to stop and think about if you really want to do it. Dogs are like kids in many ways, and in some ways even worse. They require a lot of your time and love, so think about if you are ready for this before you take the dive.

2. Before purchasing a Beagle dog you need to consider what the dog will do. Are you a hunter that needs a good hunting hound, which this dog is the best for, or is it going to be a dog that will play with your kids? Either way this dog is right for you.

3. You need to decide if you want to buy a puppy or an older dog. Most people want to buy a puppy because they are cute and you know their history. If your dog begins to go to the bathroom inside say no in a sharp voice and take them outside. When the dog begins to go to the bathroom outside praise them, and they will pick up that it is the right thing to do.
