Great question. I have been working fro home for the last 15 years and most recently in Cash Gifting.

Everyone I have come across would love the opportunity to fire their boss and become a home based business entrepreneur. But not everyone will....Why?

For the most part, even if the job is not the most pleasant, it is a steady paycheck and their is some comfort in the fact knowing that you are being taken care by trading time for dollars, but where is it getting you. Further in debt? More stressed? Missing family activities? The list goes on and on.

Working from home does not necessarily mean that these things will immediately disappear.

Or, people are not willing to put in the effort to establish a new business, because it is work. The home based business industry is wrought with internet ads promising everyone who joins, quick riches for life. This could not be further from the truth when it comes to network marketing and an internet home business.

Dedication, determination, persistence and patience are key factors in building a home based business, even in cash gifting. Gotta love all of the hyped up videos of people opening packages of money. Make it look so easy...right?

Generating money through cash gifting is no different than generating money through another program that sells vitamins, personal development cd's & dvd's or any other product for that matter.

It all boils down to the confidence you have in yourself to achieve the dreams and desires you are after and not allowing yourself to fall short regardless. Some programs are structured that you really do not have to talk to anyone if you don't want to, but really, how many relationships has anyone made sending emails back and forth.

Personal communication is the key. Some programs require a person to generate 300 leads a week to allow the "system" to process the leads and then make the sales. an this be done. Yes, but at what cost?

Many of those touting substantial incomes in a short period of time have been involved in network marketing for years and they finally have landed with a program that works for them and they can then bring their down line along, or alt least a majority of them. Hence the big paychecks.

This skews the actual results.

I heard a person speak of earning $35,000 in two week s with a program. Here is how it broke down. He had to enter into the program at the top level of $20,000 per year...yes, per year, then he spent $5,000 on Google. Net result $10,000.

Now, don't get me wrong, I would take that any day, but for the majority of people this is not possible either financially or mentally. Most people cannot imagine mortgaging a home or plunking down a credit card for that kind of money.

What actually works for the majority of people getting involved in a home based business is finding a business that is reasonable to work that is not so pumped with hype and an OVER PROMISE of what can actually be earned.

Cash gifting is a great activity to generate several thousands of dollars on a weekly or monthly basis. These are real numbers. But is does take some work and diligence. Plus each person needs to become a master marketer both online and offline.

There are many options available today for earning a living working from home. Do your research, TALK to the person involved in the business that you are considering.
