No business is easy. And getting started can be particularly daunting and confusing. However, it is doable. With the right instruction and self determination you will be able to exceed you expectations.
First, let me say that the number one career for producing unimaginable wealth and freedom is marketing. Thatīs right, entrepeneurialship is above and beyond any profession known to man.
In network marketing anybody can attain unlimited levels of freedom and success. Thatīs why it is so appealing. But with the proper tools and techniques you can succeed quicker than the average Joe who frankly gets lost and confused and eventually quits.
You have probably seen the advertisement which offer unbelievable results with little or no work. If that is your mindset then let me say now that owning your own business is not for you. You might as well get a job and concentrate on making someone else rich. Owning your own business requires that you are willing to take risk and be creative. Sure there will be mistakes but they should be reguarded as learning experiences of which you can build your future success on.
The first order of business is to do your homework! Here are a few of the things you should be looking for:
1. How long has the company been around?
5 to 7 years is a good start.
2. What is the product?
Educational, health and wellness, identity security, telecommunications, etc.
3. Is the product unique?
What sets this product apart from all the others on the market?
4. Does the product have mass appeal?
A product that no one is interested in equals zero revenue.
5. Is a leading product in an up and coming market?
Does this product have a future? Is it the first of its kind or is it an improvement
on a proven product?
6. Can you be passionate about it?
Are you able to get excited about offering this product to others.
7. Does the business have a marketing system already in place?
Does the company have specific marketing procedures to be followed or do you
have the freedom to do your own creative marketing without restrictions.
8. Who are the successful people in this business?
Are the owners of the company and your upline the only ones making the real
income?
9. What are the successful people doing to create that success?
10. Is the product something most people can afford?
11. Are you financially stable enough to start a new business?
Can you make the investments necessary without placing yourself
in debt.
12. What are the conversion statistics for the marketing process?
How many people actually purchase the product after being exposed to the
advertising?
13. What type of budget can you afford on a monthly basis?
$10.00, $100.00, $1,000.00 per month? This is a question you must be
