Good morning investors and potential investors,

One of the most challenging questions among investors would have to be when to invest and when not to invest!! During this current climate of financial roller coasting in the share market and the real estate market it can appear to make this process rather daunting if not impossible.

Be assured that at times like these there are great opportunities to be had by all to make a lot of money with the correct investment strategy for the current climate.

There are many investment strategies out there in the market place which all work fantastically well in different situations. If you set your strategy in place and cover your up side and cap your down side you will know exactly what to expect from any investment opportunity you engage in without worry and fear.

If you have ever observed different investors all using the same strategies and all of these investors have had very different results!! Some have made 100% + returns while others have made as little as 5% and others again have lost money. Why is there such a big variance in people using the exact same strategy and all having such diverse outcomes? What is the common denominator that causes such different outcomes?

Have you ever started a project, business or investment strategy and after a while it was obvious to you that it was just not working for you? I have!! I have gone from one project to the next trying to find success but after things did not work out I would go to the next project. As I looked around all the things that I had tried and failed at I could see others being very successful at the very same things that I had failed at. So after a lot of reflection and observation I discovered that the common denominator was ME. Yes it was ME that was different. I was using the same strategies but I was different from all those others. They were having great success while I was becoming frustrated.

I then discovered the SECRET was to to work on my mindset while associating with all these other successful people who were doing so well. I was able to learn some of the finer points to investing while rubbing shoulders with these millionaires. They have only been to happy to help in sharing their knowledge.

Are you content with your current financial situation?

Infact, this concept does not stop there. It also concerns every other area of your life that may or may not be working. I know in my own case I always need to keep improving all areas of my life even if it is only a small step each day. Success in any area of our life builds upon one step at a time.
