It can be shopping, watching a movie, playing computer games or rollerblading by the beach. Anything that will take your mind away from those wedding planning stress!

Every couple will experience their own phase of wedding planning stress. It is not possible to avoid entirely. To "survive" this stress, the best way is to learn how to deal with it effectively and peacefully. Arguments do not solve any problem, but rather add to unnecessary stress!
