2. Painted Picture Frames – Why not purchase two or three inexpensive picture frames and then paint them to make them more personalized with details about the baby or the couple. You can easily get two picture frames and pait them with sayings like Mommy’s Little Angel or Daddy’s Girl. These can be fun and very inexpensive.

3. Hand or Footprint Kit – You can easily purchase these at any art or craft store and at many baby stores today. Theya re a fun way for the parents to make a lasting memory of the cute little hands and feet of their bundle of joy.

4. Plan A Tree – Why not plant a tree in a pot and give it to the family. Someone did this at the birth of both of my children and boy it is fun to watch them grow right along with the babies. It is also one of the only lasting gifts that we received and something we see on a daily basis.
