Is it really possible to make your present car to be a water powered car? Can you really use water as fuel? Why has this technique been suppressed for almost a century?

Yes, it is possible to build a 100% water powered car. However, that ability is beyond the basic tinkerer. Relax a minute. You can convert your car to use water and gas.

I thought this must be a joke. So I delved a little deeper. A water powered car? The concept is quite simple, and makes perfect sense. Extract hydrogen from water and combine it with fuel, then ignite it.

I had to buy three books before I was successful. The first two I got were only $49, but I am not very handy. I could not just give up. So I tried a third. Sweet success! The last book I bought cost $97, and I could not have been happier to spend it. I guess you get what you pay for.

The contraption I constructed looks simple but it works. I spent just over $55 on supplies from Lowes and K-Mart. It took me an afternoon to build my first thingamabob and about a half hour to install.

My old water powered car device about doubled my fuel mileage. I have doubled my initial investment in a few months. I have made 4 other systems for friends (they were happy to each pay me $200 for them) and they have nearly doubled their mileage as well.

I was amazed to find out that this invention was based on patents over 90 years old. The water powered car is nothing new. Theses ideas were buried by someone for so long. I think there are several reasons. One, we have become spoiled by just getting in our cars and driving. There once was a time you had to perform far more maintenance on your cars than now. Secondly, there was nothing to gain from auto makers. All of the patents were open source and free to all. Third gas was cheap.

I have always followed alternative energy, and I was tired of paying stupid prices for fuel. This is why I wasn't willing to waiver after failing twice and spending $100 I didn't have to. Instead I get to save gas, save money, and help save the planet at the same time. Here are some of the things converting your car into a water powered car will do for you.

Save 30% to 80% on fuel Vehicle runs better Less smog Lower engine temperature Less wear on pistons Longer life expectancy of automobile Boost of power of 15%-25% Better for planet

There is a draw back to the water powered car though. Your friends will make fun of you when they see the gadget you constructed. So either do not lift your hood or share your new MPG rating with them. They will want you to make them one too. Trust me. Another drawback is maintaining the whole system after putting it on your car. It will take about 30 minutes a month to clean refill, and put back together. I am sure you, like me, are willing to give a half hour a month to buy gas for $2.00 a gallon again.

So there you go, the the benefits and shortcomings. You do have a choice. One, do nothing. It is easy and everyone you know is doing it. It does not require any effort, and no one will laugh at you. Two, be proactive. Get tired of gas costs. Now all excuses have been eliminated. You can do something. Don't simply complain. Do something today to save the environment, money, and gas. Design your very own water powered car.
