I would like to reveal what I believe to be the single biggest obstacle you will have to overcome in order to become wealthy. I do this because I believe if you are aware of and overcome this trait, you will be capable of obtaining wealth beyond your wildest dreams. Once you know how to obtain wealth and have developed a system to acquire it, you will be in complete control of your destiny. I hope I will be a major factor in your success.

Your likely going to experience several failures before you can finally look back and say to yourself......."I made it". You may consider it failing when a setback happens but it is actually a grooming & growing process which is preparing you to be ready and able to manage your future success. Don't fear failure. Welcome it and use it as a learning experience. Unless you're able to overcome the obsession that there is something to lose, or you may embarrass yourself trying, you will be unwilling to make the necessary decisions that will take you out of your comfort zone. If you don't feel out of your comfort zone, trust me, you're not doing a darn thing to advance yourself. You're simply sitting in the stands watching the game being played by others.

Why do so many people start to take action and then get to a point where a critical decision is necessary to move forward (i.e. invest the necessary money to start a business, sign that purchase agreement, purchase that course,"pull the string" so to speak) and quit? I would say that 99% of the people would say that it's the FEAR of failure. But the reality is we can all forecast the various scenarios that could happen, and develop a plan to address the issues when they arrive. But there is one thing most of us cannot envision, one thing that is nearly impossible to plan and prepare for.....Success! Deep down in your subconscious you're thinking to yourself......."what am I going to do if I make this happen?"

If you critically examine your previous attempts to build wealth, or anything which may take you well outside your comfort zone (i.e. it must be something that could have a permanent life changing result, were not talking about hitting a home run for the first and last time here) most will agree they "self sabotaged" themselves. Not knowing what life style changes; primarily what new and increased responsibilities success will bring is the primary reason for the indecision to proceed forward with building wealth.

I know you think this sounds crazy........but take some personal time and run past events through your mind. I think you will come to a realization. The realization?.........do I deserve to be wealthy? If this happens, it will totally change my current lifestyle. Am I ready for that? What if I make all this money then lose it? How will I manage it?.......We're not saying it knowingly, but subconsciously, this is what our brain's defense mechanism is processing. IT DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE OUTCOMES CAN BE SO IT BEGINS TO WARN YOU SUBCONSCIOUSLY TO PROTECT YOU.

I know you think this is irrational at first, but I assure you the underlying reason most people will never become wealthy is NOT their fear of failure or losing something.......it's the fear of the perceived increased responsibilities and magnified lifestyle changes that come with success. It's hidden in our subconscious, and we are conditioned by society to stay in our comfort zone and call it fear of failure, but it's actually the fear of success.

Overcome the fear of success and you will be over the biggest mental hurdle to becoming wealthy.
