No matter what time it is or where you are, it is always the right time for a sale.

When you are trying to promote your home-based business, samples are a wise investment. You should carry them wherever you go. Put them in your purse, your packet, in a zip lock bag, or even the glove compartment of your car. Also, have catalogs and brochures telling about your products and your business.

If you are in line at the grocery store, in an elevator, or wherever, you may have a few extra moments that you can talk to someone about your products and the company you represent. The Laundromat is a place that is growing in popularity, while you and the others inside are waiting for your laundry to wash and dry you can talk with people and hand out the items you have.

By voluntarily working after hours to meet people and hand out your information kit you show your customers that you are committed to the success of your business. You don’t have to set any special appointments to do this. Just hand them out wherever you happen to be at the time.

In handing out your product kits it helps the potential customers have a chance to look at and use your products before you call them a day or so later for a follow up appointment. This is the way the best home based businesses see success. Always remember when you hand out the product kits to get their name and contact information. During the follow-up call, you can answer any questions that they may have had while looking through the product kit.

It also helps to give testimonials about how the products have worked for you as you have used them. When people hear that the products work, they will be more willing to purchase them. You may also want to show your potential customers some proof the products work, if you can. This may work better than just telling them

Remember a successful at home business can be as easy or as hard as you make it. The key in sales is to make as many sales as you can in as short of a time as possible. The sooner those sales are made, and your quota met, the sooner you can start kicking back and enjoying all the other aspects of your life.

So, get out there and no matter where you are, strike up a conversation with what person so you will be one more sale on your way to being the next top performer in your business.
