The cluster diamond ring is probably the most beautiful item found on earth. But is there anything else that can challenge it?

To answer this question we must first have an understanding of diamonds and the cluster diamond ring itself. Diamonds are minerals that come from deep inside the earth. Once discovered, these stones were mined in various countries across the globe, mainly in central and southern Africa. Due to the difficulty in ascertaining these stones, diamonds became very expensive very quickly. But this wasn’t the only reason. The rock formation of the diamond makes it the hardest substance in the world and has some physical qualities that no other mineral in the world can match. And because diamonds are so strong too, they have an immense durability that keeps them intact for ever. This makes the people perceive them as being one of the finest items on earth.

Diamonds themselves come in various colours such as blue, green, red and translucent white. They are also cut in various ways too such as brilliant, princess and oval. In fact, nowadays, customers have so many different styles to choose from it. This can make it easy for some, or extremely difficult for others. One style that will never go out of fashion however, is the cluster diamond ring. The cluster diamond ring puts the diamonds in a circle and makes the ring itself look more beautiful than ever before. Cluster diamond rings can be found in many jewellers.

So if diamonds come from the earth and are considered beautiful then surely anything else that comes from the earth is also beautiful? This is a theory that certainly rings true for a while but if you take time to reflect on this, very soon you will realise that this isn’t true at all. Of course there are lots of beautiful things on earth. Take a look out your closest window for example - unless you are facing a brick wall, you will see something that you consider beautiful. This may be some trees, some birds, or something else. After all, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

That said if something is thought to be considered beautiful as a rule, then at least the majority of a group of observers must agree that what they are looking at is beautiful. Take Jeremy Clarkson on Top Gear for example. If a new car comes onto the market, the three different presenters, Jeremy Clarkson, James May, and Richard Hammond, may all have different perspectives on that particular car. However, since Clarkson is the lead presenter of the show, he may well bring the audience in to try to overrule the other presenters. With tens of thousands watching the shows on television, he can persuade a mass of people whether a car is in fact beautiful or not.
