Well you know if we we’re covering expensive properties The Donald would show up sooner or later. Back in 2004 Donald Trump bought a little property at a bankruptcy auction.

To say the least he made a good buy. In fact I’d say it was the ultimate fixer upper, after the renovations the home is worth $125 million. With 475 feet of ocean front and a 100 foot pool, you’ll have your chance to enjoy the Florida sun.
