The most significant use of RFID is time saving attribute as it is possible read information of the stack of items at the same time.

A library with RFID technology installed in it ,reports up to 50% to 75% reduction in thefts. In North America companies like Bibliotheca, Checkpoint, ID Systems, and Libramation are providing Library RFID technology

RFID technology shows 98% accuracy as compare to 85% with bar code reader.

RFID Technology in Inventory: RFID Technology can be used to keep track of consumer goods. So, its use in inventory is a very good application.
