The reason I'm going to show you how to build your list is simply because it's the only true way to make money online. The other reason being that I'm a online wealth teacher. So I'm used to giving people value.

The best autoresponder in my opinion would be GetResponse. It works like they say and you can even track clickthroughs of the links you send out.

The Landing Page:

The landing page is the place where most of the action happens. When a visitor lands on your website they will see a page in front of them. Your job is to grab their attention and get them to GIVE their information to you. The problem today is that the majority of the online population don't want to give their email addresses out. They fear spam. Heck, I fear spam too. It clogs my inbox and makes me miss certain announcements as the important messages silently vanishes beneath all the junk. So how then do you get the visitors to opt into your email form? Well the best way to go about it is to offer something SCARCE. Scarcity contributes to value and if you have something that others don't, then you are guaranteed to get a high opt in rate. So basically you are going to GIVE AWAY something free. My suggestion is to go to Google and type in "buy PLR products" or something like that. Spend $50 and buy a bunch of products that compliment each other. Bundle them together and make some nice sales page graphics for the "Package" you are going to give away. Make sure you list the benefits the users are going to get when receiving your package.

The Traffic:
Traffic is important, yet always an issue. Everybody has trouble getting traffic...or at least enough of it. The problem is that an opt in page never really ranks well in Google. So how then do you get enough traffic to the page other than Search Engines? It's simple, you blog about your topic on a daily basis and you promote that page/offer throughout your blog. You should also write articles like this one and submit them to all the top article directories (they are free). Press releases are also a good option and should give you good bursts of traffic. My favorite method offcourse is videos. By submitting videos to sites like Metacafe, Dailymotion and Youtube, you can drive some good traffic to your offer.
