It must be noted that while you do so, you are flushing out the much needed potassium along with the other waste material. So unless you recoup this loss by some suitable supplement, you are most likely to be dehydrated especially in the summer. You may thus be trading your obesity with another equally serious problem.
Another method often used is colon cleansing as an easy way to get rid of weight increasing matter in your body. It would be unwise to resort to colon cleansing without prior medical advice. Moreover your body is still retaining those diabolical excess fats which cause obesity.
Fasting for weight loss is recommended as a physio-spiritual method of losing excess weight. Actually fasting may be useful on the first day of your weight loss campaign as it shrinks down your stomach a little bit. But if you continue with fasting, your metabolism slows down to compensate for the sudden physiological changes. Above all, the weight comes back again as soon as you give up fasting. It has also been reported that some people add a few extra pounds to their pre-fasting weight chart.
As is clear from the above examples, quick weight loss is still an advertisement gimmick that is used to make quick bucks by firing up the imagination of the gullible fatsos. The best way is to show a cute figure along side an overweight one of the yesterdays. The truth is that there is no magic pill that will eliminate your extra flesh in a matter of days.
The best course to achieve a sustainable weight loss is to change the life style, eating and working habits. You should include physical work or exercises, yoga, meditation and so on in your daily life.
