I am not selling anything, just read this home based business article

I feel bad for those people who have fallen victim to these elaborate scams that loom about the bottom of the Internet. I am a logical person and in order for something to make sense to me, I need to see the logistics behind it.

These "Work at Home" business scams have really gotten to me over the past fews months. It is to the point now that when I see one on TV, I actually call and inquire about it. Like many people, I receive emails in my inbox that have claims of "residual income of over $20,000/month," and that my friends, is copy and pasted from this most recent email.

For those of you who do not know me or have not heard of me yet, I make a fulltime living on the internet. I teach internet business to those who are interested. I help people setup a real business, not a get rich quick kind of business. There is no get rich quick! These places that make promises of selling you a business for only the cost of shipping and handling are a con. Their incentive behind this is to prequalify you as a lead, and then upsell you on the more "aggressive package".

But wait!

"Our system is proven to make money" That is something I hear on a regular basis, well guess what? You know what the best system around to make money with is? Hard work and determination, with a side of knowledge and common sense. Do you really think that someone will teach you how to make twenty thousand dollars a month will sell you a business for the price of shipping and handling?

Here is a quote from a website, It is in bold across the top of the site "Are You Looking For A Realistic $250K First Year Income Potential?" But they have testimonials from REAL people that say they are making money. I have ocean front property in Arizona, You want to buy that to? The idiot that owns this page could not even change the page title to something besides "Carboncopypro"

A company that teaches real business will not give you dollar amounts that you can make. Understand this and know this. If I design and put together a store for Betty, who am I to say that Betty will make ten thousand a month with her store? It is impossible to know how much time and effort Betty will put into her store. If I had a system that made big money, don't you think I would just keep doing it over and over until I retired?

What about the free website that is included? You know with very little efforts and less then $50.00 you could have your own website that is actually search engine friendly? You need hosting and WordPress, that would get you off to a great start. You have have a lot of support and get a great search engine friendly website that is sure to get visits.

Here is one that they do not mention. Any of these "systems" will include a website, that is something we can all be sure about. Your website will not do you any good without visitors to it. I can also guarantee that you have to market the website on your own, with very little help or instruction. They may have you do a pay per click campaign through Google or yahoo. This costs a great deal of money to get good traffic with PPC advertising. As long as your are feeding it money, the traffic to your site will be there. The minute you stop with the monthly payments, the traffic will stop to. What else they don't mention is any decent website needs to be search engine friendly and have links to it from other sites and I am not talking one or two links.
