There are over 50 million internet marketers. Everyone one of them has a product or service they are selling and they make it sound like it is the best opportunity on the web. Proceed with caution before you act!

Do not fall for the big money sales pitch. They make it sound so easy. Make $5k to $10k per month. No closing, no selling, no calling, completely automated systems. All you have to do is advertise. Earn thousands while you are sleeping. Actually only 3-5 % of the people will ever join your opportunity.

Do not fall for the time period they are giving you in order to get additional savings if you sign up before a designated time limit. This is just additional pressure they are placing on you so you operate on your emotions vs. giving due diligence to researching the opportunity.

Do not think the initial sign-up cost is your major expense. After all, some opportunities are minor investments and others are free. Other hidden expenses are the on-going monthly costs to pay for back office support, fees for advertising, fees to start your business, fees to structure your business in the event you decide to form a Limited Liability Corporation.

Do not think one only has to spend several hundred dollars a month in order to make the big money so many ads say you have an opportunity to make. The pro internet marketers are spending 10-15 k per month in advertising to make that money. They tell you what they make, but not always what they spend in order to make the six figure monthly figures. Pros have clearly stated you should plan on spending 10k per month if you want to make the big money.

Do not spend more than $500 on advertising before you make that fist sale. Use low cost and free sources of advertising when you exceed the $500 threshold.

In summary, do not proceed with emotion. Use due diligence before you commit. Do not yield to pressure time limits in order to save on the initial cost of the business opportunity. Understand there are many hidden costs. Spend your advertising dollars wisely. Move forward with patience and persistence.
