When a website is being designed, not many people pay attention to some features like the user activity on the site. The probability of the back button being clicked. When a user first visits a site, he scans through the pages to find out features that might be of interest to him. If they do not find anything interesting in the page, they simply move out of the page. The simplest way to move out of the page is to click on the back button.

In order to avoid this from happening, it is important that you use some logistic facts in your web designing. It is true that a website must have a creative look and seo friendly content, but it is not correct to overlook the user friendly fact too. A website is created for the users and if they are not comfortable browsing through it, there is no point working on it, for it would not be able to attract traffic.

Some of the important user friendly features that you must incorporate in your site during the web designing phase itself, includes, firstly, the home page structure. This is generally the first page that the visitors enter in your site. Hence the structure of this page is the most essential one. Make sure that you project the main motive of your project quite clearly in the landing page or the home page of your site itself. Remember, the more attractive your site is, the greater are the chances of people sticking to it for longer.

Earlier in this article we were discussing the importance of the back button in web designing. Just in case you feel that your website is not that appealing because of the product or service being too complicated, you can utilize the area near the back button ie on the top left corner of the web page. If a browser is uninterested in your site, he is most likely to click back, but if that area itself is utilized for diverting his attention, there are quite a lot of probability that he will skip the back button.

This tells us that an important part of web designing is to learn the art of transforming the negative aspects of your website into positive features.
