The internet has increased the opportunity for general public to learn Chinese and other languages in a short amount of time. Gone are the days when learning Chinese meant sitting in a dusty makeshift classroom in Chinatown on Sundays. The internet has given everyone the opportunity to learn from the comforts of our own home computer, quickly, and today! No more messing around with old cassette tapes and constant hitting the rewind button.

We've all heard the term "Globalization" for many years now. China once thought of as an economic backwater has made a lot of noise in the news in recent years with its fast growing economy.
