2 Your body is made up of a lot of water. So when you reduce the amount of water you drink you start getting dehydrated. And Yes you don’t have to be in a desert to get dehydrated. It could happen to you in the middle of a city. Lack of water can cause you to feel lethargic or low. So get more water: plain water.

3 This next one has taken a lot of flack but it is slowly coming into it’s own. Fruit. Fruit is very good for your body. It also gives you energy faster. So if you’re feeling low or ‘run down’ then get some fruit into your system. If you don’t like having fruit that much then try having it as fresh fruit juice.

4 You can get a regular boost to your mood simply by doing this next thing. Eat your breakfast. If you’re in the habit of skipping breakfast then you most probably start out your day slow or feeling low. Eating breakfast gives your body the instant boost it needs.

5 Get to sleep on time. And yet this is one of the fundamental things that’ll help you feel better the next day, and work better. If you want better performance at everything then get to sleep on time every night.
