APPETITE is a challenge for you who want to reduce your weight. But It doesn't mean that It is not possible to control it, especially after the scientists and the therapy expert had been researched the strength of appetite and how to reduced it. When you have already understood and have motivation to do it, this is not difficult to be done. This is several tips to monitor and reduce your appetite.

Eat more often

One of the causes of uncontrolled appetite are the frequency skip ate a.k.a do not eat when eating time arrived. This will make the appetite censor at the tongue and the hungry signal from the brain becoming greater. By eating more often, this censor is more restrained so there is small possibility of getting appetite that flared up.

Eat more vegetables

Vegetables are food that is rich in fiber. Fiber that entered the side will expand. Fiber also more was difficult to hang loosely in the body so it makes the side conductive slower. The results is the full feeling more lasted long. So when eating time, the body still doesn't feel too hungry to build the hungry signal from the brain.

Eat more protein

Beside consuming vegetables, You must balance it by consuming protein. Because many people are easily lack of protein than lack of carbohydrate or fat. In fact protein is very potent to control appetite. Beside being split up into the amino acid that play a role in hundreds of functions in the body (including the formation of hormone and sending of the full signal to the brain), protein that is found in meat, chicken, fish, egg, milk is also very good for maintained body metabolism in order to stay active and healthy.

Go to the candle shop

If at one time suddenly you have the desire to eat snack, try to light the aromatic candle. Research showed that the aroma from candle can press appetite. The aroma that is useful to press appetite is apples, peppermint, and bananas.
