Benefit #6: Colors
Although the designs are relatively set in stone when you use a wedding template, the colors are not. You are able, in most cases, to pick any color combination you want to use, so you can easily match it to the wedding. In addition, you can change the font and size of the wording to give it you own special twist. In other words, your template does not have to look like a template.
Benefit #7: Control
When you use a wedding invitation template, you can more easily control the outcome. Instead of blindly choosing and option and not being sure what it will look like, you can upload the template you like to a CD or flash drive and take it to your local printer to get just a single copy or very small group printed. If you do not like your original colors choices or paper choices, you can start all over again with different options and you will not have a surplus of wedding invitations that you won't use. Similar to other situations, changing your mind can be expensive when it comes to wedding invitations.
You are in control of everything when you choose a wedding template design. If you have a good printer, you can even print them (or at least print a test copy) from the comfort of your own home. If the final product is to your liking, then you are well on your way to getting those invitations out the door, and moving to the next stage of planning.
