Vascular surgery: A male enhancement surgery that targets the blood flow is vascular surgery. This procedure is utilized in men whose impotence is caused by damage to their blood vessel or the arteries. There are two different types of vascular surgery options available. One type is bypass surgery also called revascularization. This surgery typically involves removing an artery from a leg then connecting it to the arteries at the back of the penis. This bypasses any blockages and restores blood flow. Another type is of vascular surgery is called venous ligation and it is done when the penis is unable to store an adequate amount of blood to maintain an erection. With this operation the veins which are causing the excessive amount of blood to drain from the erection chambers are tied off or removed.
With any surgery, even the simplest surgery, there can be complications and risks. Don't opt for surgery for the simple result of penis enlargement as it could result in a variety of harmful complications. Complication can include infection, formation of scar tissue, swelling, pain and lumpiness. Be well informed and make sure you try all of the alternative options available to you before opting for male enhancement surgery.
