When you are the person breaking up, are you likely to use the line like "Can we still be friends?" or "What does this really mean?" Did you recently suffer a painful breakup or did things seem great and then suddenly unravel? At some point in life we all lose something that we really wish we held on to and we would want to think about how to make your ex want you back. Here are some pointers to help to get your ex back.

1) Calling your ex

You do not have to initiate the conversation all the time or call her every minute to let her know that you want her back. However, a casual hello once in while would be a nice start to somehow still get in touch with each other. Do not make the mistakes like calling too soon or taking full blame for everything that has happened and apologizing too much.

Perhaps wait for one month as a cooling off period before calling your ex up and just say, 'hey, would you like to go grab some coffee with me sometime soon'. If she says she doesn't want to, you can either wait longer or just say, 'don't be silly, it's just coffee'. Or perhaps they expected you to call, when you don't, they will call you.

2) Your affection

Go out with common friends and impress them by your charming and affectionate personality. The radiations of your true love would automatically be conveyed to him/her. The times you talk to your ex, you should appear happy and upbeat, that despite how things turned out you're not going to let it affect you to the expected point of depression. Just remembering how much you miss them, being around them, and spending time with them should be easy enough to bring those feelings out.

3) Change yourself

It is very possible that you have changed over time and your ex is not as attracted to you anymore and that was the reason for the breakup. If this is the case you need to look back and bring yourself back to the person you used to be, or at least closer to it before you see your ex again. This is also the time to acknowledge and correct personal faults that contributed to the breakup. You see, hundreds of people tend to forget to groom up and maintain their good appearance after the breakup because they feel that if their ex sees them in such a state, they would go back. Sadly, these people are badly mistaken.

When your ex sees that you are moving on and moving forward they have a natural tendency to want you back just because you are doing so much better with the break up. Get out and have fun and you will notice some good things happening.

The best thing to do is to make yourself a better person so your ex will think it was a mistake to break up. You need to follow a series of planned steps to make your ex want you back.
