JP Morgan Bank violates the Patriot Act - By: alf82

JP Morgan Chase bank along with Lexon insurance company are guilty of perpetuating a fraud and scam in collusion with known convicted felons with the sole purpose of defrauding innocent Americans. I refer to an ongoing case in federal court civ.06 13488 Robinson/Conner. They have both lied to 4 federal judges in White Plains New York, have stolen NYC federal court documents in the attempt to squash this case, and have accused federal marshals of not telling the truth. --------------- Sadly, Magistrate Lisa Smith SDNY, chose the path of judicial misconduct not only by siding with groups who have terrorist connections, but trying to dismiss two cases because she was scolded for sitting on her ass and doing nothing. She did sit on her ass and did nothing. Every week that has gone by with the federal court's inaction dozens of innocent Americans have lost their life savings. They don't care. ----------------- The Texas State Securities Board had convicted Bruce Kyle Griffith and others (see http://www.bankng-fraud.com) of bank robbery, forgery of federal notes, and much more. Instead of spending 40 years in jail, which was his sentence, he got out in 9 montha and with the help of JP Morgan Chase not opening segregated accounts, was able to funnel investors money to terrorist groups like Al Quada and the Columbian drug cartel. I refer you to his CBS/NBC interview on the subject. - You may have to do a quick search to find it, though. ----------------- It is no wonder that JP Morgan Chase and Lexon Insurance think that they have the court in their pockets. I believe that they have the White House in their pockets. It is because of crooked people and companies like this that we are in the financial crisis that you now see. It is my opnion that they are guilty of treason - high crimes and misdemeanors - against The United States of America in time of war. When I was a child, this was punishible by electrocution.
