The weather is warm and you probably are wearing a bolder array of colors. However, from time to time you want to have a low-key look this summer season. What is the easiest way to do that? The answer is simple, wear flesh tone colored clothing and you will definitely be low-key. But, how do you wear this trend without looking washed out? By following a few simple rules, that's how, and in the following paragraphs you will learn to rock this trend like the most fashion forward celebrities!

If you have pink undertones, then you should wear clothing with beige shading as the majority color. This includes shades ranging from a light yellowish tan to a darker tan with undercurrents of brown. As a style choice, draping dresses, blouson and peasant tops are a great choice. These will compliment you the best, giving the frock movement and making the color seem non-static. To pull this look together, a great pair of heels in a bold color (such as red) and an eye-catching handbag (such as a metallic gold clutch) will be the perfect finishing touches.

If you have a fairer complexion that is lightly tanned, then you should go for shades that are a mix of cream and grey. Any garments in this color combination will pop against your complexion. As a style choice, go for dresses with texture and dimension to give your ensemble extra depth. A great halter top or asymmetrical skirt will look great as well. If you want to strut your stuff like a star, add a pair of patent leather stiletto sandals, red fingernails, and a dashing upswept hairstyle.

If you have a bronzed or deeply tanned complexion, then you should play with various shades of pink. More bronzed complexions should stick with pale pink, while deeper complexions should go for shades ranging from pink and beige to pink and brown. Highly structured items of clothing will give you the maximum effect; corset-style tops, strapless dresses with boning, and bottoms with cinched waists will look great. To balance out the look, go for a pair of simple heels in a slightly bolder shade than your apparel and a shoulder bag.

So you want to rock this trend, go ahead and be ahead of the crowd. Follow these tips and you will not look washed out the next time you step out in a flesh-toned colored ensemble. And the great thing is that this trend never goes out of style, you can reinvent it each time the weather breaks by adding a few new pieces and accessories. Happy Shopping!
