Business cards are highly effective tools for entrepreneurs and professionals. If you have already been using this for a time, you know what to be included at its front. This side must contain all the essentials like your name, company name, company logo, contact details and a tag line if you have one.

Now that you have perfected the front of your business cards, it is time that you utilize its back. What can you print at the back that will prove to be useful at your end? How can you make people flip your card to see what’s on the back? Here are some suggestions of what can you place at the back of your cards.

1. If you have a small but valuable pitch at the back part of your card, it won’t hurt if you will include the words, ‘Please see other side’ at the front. What is a small pitch? This is a line or two that can capture the attention of a person at a limited time that you will tell them about your proposal. This can be a continuation of your tag line. But you must not use this to promote your company. You must stress what are the benefits that your offer will give to your potential clients or to the people who are reading your cards.

2. You can also include on this part the names of the important personnel on your company and their phone numbers. This way, people will get a feeling that they can reach anybody from your organization anytime that they would need to.

3. The back part can also highlight your company’s popular products and services. You can cite some of the products’ features and the likes. Use this to excite potential clients of what are in store for them once they visit your store.

4. If you have received positive testimonials from satisfied customers, you can also include some at the back part. People are getting more skeptical about getting the services of new companies. They have to feel that you can be trusted for them to be swayed with your marketing message. Testimonials from past clients can help you achieve that. People will easily get comfortable in considering you once they know that you have been trusted by many and that you are good with what you are doing.

5. If you have gotten any write-up from magazines or rave reviews from known people in the industry, you can choose the part that you like the most. You can have this printed at the back part of your cards. This will definitely boost the appeal of the cards and will easily get people’s attention.

6. You can also use the back of your card as a small map to teach people how to go to your place. Include the known and important landmarks that they will easily recognize. This will urge people to carry your card wherever they go. This way, they will know how to go to your place whenever they have to.

Thinking about what else can you include at the back part of your business cards can be a fun task. Just make sure that the ideas will benefit both you and your clients to ensure that your efforts will be appreciated.
