While vast riches are created by plastic surgeons and producers of anti-aging products, through playing on the needs of those who attempt to make a vain attempt to stop-the-clock, aging is a natural process none of us can get get away from . One of the great secrets to aging well is to not allow the mind to stagnate, as there is no miracle fountain of youth.

Creativity and curiosity (yes, curiosity) are your two most powerful weapons against the aging process and you are never too old to learn something new. It is also important to continue to interact with others around you and to live in the present, while keeping your sense of humor intact.
