Sod Webworms
Similar to the grubworms, sod webworms have a year long life sequence that means they can become tumble lawn and garden vermin as well as being bothersome during the movement and summer. Instead of arriving as beetles, the sod webworms come from adult moths that usually start laying eggs in the coil.
The differences is that their eggs inlay rather rapidly but the webworms are so small that their infestation may go undetected awaiting they shell and resurface as moths in the late summer to produce another generation that is more destructive. This is why you may see sod webworm harms in the accident months.
While it is caring to use preventive sod webworm inspect through Microbial pesticides, the tricky is that many of these pesticides will not only execute the moths of sod webworms, they may also kill butterflies and even non-pest moths.
The best sense of prevention is too cleanly unsoiled up leaves, grass clippings, mulch and conceal waste in the fall months to keep the webworms from making webs in these seats and producing more larvae.
