Come on, now everybody on this planet knows that there is nothing so satisfying, so heavenly than when you ejaculate! It does not matter which part of the world and what community you belong to, when it is all about satisfying the woman, what counts is your virility i.e. a masculine power you have!

Frankly speaking, I too had some problem with my sexual functionality. It is said that when you do not have enough sperms in your semen, you cannot produce a baby and also, you cannot enjoy the way you really expected. There are sperms in insufficient quantity per ejaculation; you really may not have a powerful ejaculating force that is required to discover newer heights in sexual satisfaction. Is there any way? I came to know about low sperm count by testing i.e. semen analysis. The sperms should be approximately 20 mn per ml and normally a man should ejaculate minimum 2 -2.5 ml in one shot. I lacked both of them! I then started my campaign to how to increase sperm count.

Surely, multivitamins help. I also came to know about some sperm increasing diet/foods such as raw pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Also, include lady's fingers, bottle gourd and other sticky vegetables (maybe eggplant). I also reduced my alcohol intake and gave up smoking (ah, I could do that all just to show my manhood on the bed, you too can do it!).

Supplements do work! Take my words, some of the Ayurvedic supplements such as Ashwagandha, Mucuna (Kuchala), Kapikachchu, Shilajit etc are readily available as sperm-enhancing products. You can get them on internet or just walk into some herbal shop. I do not disagree that pranayamas and yogasanas help increasing your overall health and also sperm counts. They are holy exercises that can restore your body functionality and also make organs to work with their full capabilities, testes and prostate are of course included!

Selenium, vitamin C, zinc and magnesium I got it as daily health supplements. I stopped masturbating frequently (I used to do that daily twice...grrhhh!). Jogging in early morning fresh air really helped me a lot. I always preferred a 'walk break' and not a 'coffee break' since any thing that stimulates brain (brain stimulants and also brain suppressants) is to be avoided.

All-in-all, it's been 6 months already and I just checked my sperm counts, they are increased. Mind it, more sperms also made my ejaculating force almost double. My partner is now dreaming all time about me!
