Menopause is that period of transition from a woman’s life from being reproductive to being non-reproductive. If these menopause symptoms become intolerable, try hormone replacement therapy or HRT. HRT can be resorted to on a short term or long term basis as a treatment to overcome menopause symptoms. Studies have proven that HRT can reduce cardiovascular and osteoporosis risks as well as improve mood and memory.
