Have you ever come across members of professional soccer team who are strong in every area? Don’t be a jack of all trade, be a master of your strength.

You must learn to capitalize on your strength and find partner who are strong in the area where you are weak.

If you are a technical expert and well verse with all the details about the products, but you are not comfortable to handle the business aspect of the business, then you may want to find someone who are good in doing that.

So when you approach a couple, the wife may be very interested in the product and request a lot of detail information, you can handle that easily. You’re the other partner will be able to handle the husband who may be interest in the business aspect of network marketing.

So working in team is vital to your success as you can leverage on each other expertise and time. Do not try to do this all alone as you are in networking marketing for yourself but not doing thing by yourself.

Another problem is when you are doing everything by your own; your down line will literally duplicate what you do. Remember the failure rate of doing everything by yourself is very high and you may have difficulties in building up a team. Even you may have overcome all challenges and build up a team, you are going to have a lot of problem as every member in your team are doing their own things.
