If you've been in network marketing anytime at all, and attempted MLM recruiting, chances are your frustrated with the recruiting results you've gotten so far. I completely understand and I've been there.

There is a solution. The method I find works best is kind of counter-intuitive. On it's face it doesn't seem logical. It's based more on the understanding of human nature and how Attraction works. The words Attraction and Logical are not usually used in the same sentence. As human beings, were are attracted to many things on a subconscious level, not a logical one. We want what we can't have. I imagine right now, your shaking your head and saying John, what the heck are you talking about? This is supposed to be about MLM Recruiting.

You have to understand the basics of human nature to effectively recruit in Network marketing. MLM Recruiting is like dating. Many times the pursuer acts "too needy" and runs the intended recruit away. They don't don't want a leader to follow them around. They want a Challenge. You can't respect someone who begs for your attention.

The surest way to fail at dating or Network Marketing Recruiting is to make yourself too available or act needy. You have to be seen as confident, in charge, i.e. a Leader.

Most people will not join your business on the first time you contact them. In order to be effective at Recruiting you have to be tenacious and focus on the follow up. I love auto-responders because they automatically follow up with emails to your prospects and it's essentially a remote, hands off approach. It doesn't seem as needy as a phone call a day. It's very likely that your prospects wont be sold, or join your business until they've been contacted at least 7 or more times.

So you must continue to contact them until they make their decision, yes or no. The trick is to do it without appearing too Needy. Even if they say no, always be sure to thank them for their honesty, and ask them is they know anyone who this opportunity might be good for.

The phrase used is MLM Recruiting. More accurately the word attracting should be used. People are attracted to others they perceive as Strong Leaders. Strong Leaders are not needy. Their time is valuable. People vie for their attention.

In Network Marketing, the main reason people join, is not the company, not the product, not the compensation plan, it's because they are attracted to the Person attempting to recruit them. If you want to be successful at attracting in your Home Based Business, then you need to "Walk the walk and talk the talk."

If you want to be a better Recruiter it is essential that you work on self improvement and creating your own recruiting style. are essential for your success in MLM Recruiting.
