Your hair is like cake without the frosting. It is just not right if you do not have it all. Hair loss can be embarrassing and frustrating. Seeing more scalp and not hair is not what you want to see. Many things can cause hair loss. It can come from stress, heredity, and side effects from certain medicines. Even children can experience the ugly terror of hair loss. The medical term for hair loss is alopecia. About one third of men and women have this condition. This condition is known as permanent hair loss at the temple and at the top of the head.

Keeping the scalp healthy is the key to having beautiful and strong hair. Nourish your scalp and reap the results. Keep it moisturize, block it fun the sun as much as possible, giving it a conditioning treatment is very, very, important and supply your body with the proper nutrients.

The average head has about 100,000 hair follicles. If you are losing at least a hundred strands of hair a day, it can be hair loss. Hair color is also known for causing you to lose hair.
