Simple Jedi Mind Techniques That Allow You To Eat Whenever You Are Hungry But Still Lose Tons of Weight

Did your body store too many calories last winter in all the wrong places? Are those jeans not fitting like they used to? Want to look and feel great again. Instead of firing up the credit card and buying new outfits, why not try some secret techniques for losing weight - fast. There are also some very safe and effective weight loss supplements to help you get past the speed bumps.

Let us go over the techniques part first. Everything, and I mean everything, begins with your mindset. It is the main control center of your entire life. Left unattended for prolonged periods of time, you will find your ship drifting from one doughnut shop to another. You must regain control of your vessel.

Eating Out of Boredom

Our bodies are not much different than those of our ancient predecessors. As a means of survival, the human body is designed to store vital fat in between meals as a means of survival. This mechanism continues to exist in our bodies today. Of course society has drastically changed since then.

At no other time in our history has there been such easy access to food. These days it's hard to walk out your door and not find yourself in a fast-food restaurant. We live in a nation of plenty, and millions are now suffering from it. Lack of self control, and easy access to food is the number one cause of obesity in America. It's not Ray Kroc's fault - it's ours. But a simple slight shift in your awareness will make your quest for weight loss hundreds of times easier. All of the exercise and diet pills in the world will not work if you do not get a hold of the wheel that steers the ship.

Ask Yourself One Easy Question

Practice a simple ritual in which you pause just before eating anything. Ask yourself a simple question: "Am I eating because my body is hungry for fuel, or am I just entertaining my brain with something that tastes good?" Your answer to this seemingly innocent question will reveal much about you and your relationship with food. It will help you greatly on the path to losing weight.

In order to be able to tell the difference, you must quiet the mind and get in tune with your body. Try focusing on your breathing for 15 seconds, then gradually shift your awareness and locate exactly where the hunger pangs are coming from. If you do not feel that they are coming directly from your mid-section, (most notably by a lack of stomach growling), then the urges are probably coming from area an area a bit higher up.

Quickly label these pangs as simple mental boredom. Do something else besides eating. If the urge is not in your stomach, why shove items in there? It will only make your body build up fat. Do Not Eat! Big fat red flags should be popping up right about now. Resist with everything you have. Call a friend, work a puzzle, go for a walk, or surf online - anything to distract that part of your mind that you have spoiled for so long. Just do not feed the stomach. Conquer this mental habit just once and it gets easier each time. It's exactly like a muscle: "Use it or lose it." Or in this case, "Use it or you won't lose it," (referring to your weight). Okay, now for the fun part.
