A trip to Temecula wineries is the ideal way to spend my weekend. Temecula California has the ambiance of Italy's winery region in a local destination at a affordable cost.
For those who like the fast lane I would recommend Pechanga Casino -- Temecula's best known destination. But if you want to mellow out in a carefree picturesque environment, I recommend the Temecula vineyards. There are twenty-three wineries, several bed and breakfasts and a few resorts that make up the Temecula Wine Country. Most every weekend, one of the vineyards is throwing a major event. We have seen crowd participation theater, romantic dinners, awesome rock or jazz bands, lavish dances, and much more.
Balloon rides are a popular pre-dawn event. The vineyards schedule these for early Saturday and Sunday morning with breakfast and bubbly. The cost is reasonable and the landscapes are inspiring. Be prepared for brisk weather in the fall, winter and spring. We also recommend that you make an early reservation.
While visiting the wineries, everyone's favorite activity is sipping wine in the wine tasting rooms. Most every vineyard has a blazing}} fire. For a $5 to $12 fee, the wineries typically offer five to eight sips of their wines. Of course, each vineyard offers a range of price, which is why spending a few minutes at the Temecula Wineries web site is an important step preparing for your day of tasting.
After you have visited a few Temecula vineyards, you will choose that one winery that stands out as your favorite. In this case, the wineries offer club membership. These clubs are priced from $40 a quarter to $1000 a quarter and offer quite different benefits. For example, the least expensivevineyard does not allow you to get free wine tasting each time you visit their winery but the more expensive offer you and several friends free wine tasting no matter how often you return. It is best to plan with information about the clubs before your trip by visiting Temecula wine clubs so that you don't miss out on the best clubs.
We highly recommend that you do a little preparation before you start your adventure. Learn a little about each vineyard, know who offerswine tasting deals and make a map to your choices. You can spoil the romantic mood of the day if you get lost or happen to visit a winery that is too expensive for your budget -- especially when all the info you need is so readily available at http://Temecula-Wineries.net. Have a wonderful day at the Temecula Wineries!
