One of the most challenging aspects of the MLM industry is picking up the phone and recruiting prospects into your MLM business opportunity.

In "Black Belt Recruiting" Mike Dillard in collaboration with phone prospecting expert Mark Wieser reveal some of best kept secrets to conquering this aspect of the network marketing business.

There are many people in the network marketing industry that have a great fear of talking to people on the phone about their business opportunity. They procrastinate about completing this aspect of sponsoring people because of this fear. If you're shy introverted, or just scared to death of talking to prospects on the phone Mike Dillard's Black Belt Recruiting is for you.

Mike Dillard and Mark Wieser reveal the top three mistakes that network marketers make when trying to sponsor people on the phone and the most important questions that we should be asking.

The Top 3 Mistakes that people make are:

1. They underestimate the number of people they will have to talk to (most people will say "NO")

2. They fail to take action IMMEDIATELY. Mostly because they are nervous, or they are a perfectionist and want to do everything right so they don't embarass themselves.

3. When people are just getting started they tend to want to sell their products, instead of trying to find out if this prospect is someone you actually want to work with. Give them the information and then let them decide

Some of the most important questions that you should be asking your prospects are:

1. What has driven them to look for a business at this time in their life?

2. What kind of income are they looking for?

3. Other than money, what are they looking for out of a business opportunity like this?

It is extremely important to demonstrate leadership. You have to demonstrate that you have value to offer them.

You are looking for someone who wants to work for/with you. Don't invest in anyone until they have qualified themselves and they are worthy of your time.

Don't go it alone. You have an upline that is there to help you. If necessary do 3 way calling until you are comfortable with the phone prospecting process.

Generating leads is great, but turning them into distributors and building a downline is far better.

Below is a description provided by Mike Dilard of what you'll find in Black Belt Recruiting:

* How six and seven figure network marketers close prospects on the phone without doing any "selling." (In fact, with Mark's methods, the LESS you sell, the MORE people you sponsor!)

* A sneaky way to get your competition to help you sponsor people into your business... without them even knowing it.

* How to sponsor people who have already decided NOT to join your business!

* My "wrong number" secret that lets you sponsor FAR more prospects than you are now... and with a LOT less effort.
