Have you ever heard of Automatic Writing? It could be the savior you’re looking for in times of grief.
If you’ve ever lost a loved one, you know nothing helps. But here are a few things you can try when you need to be strong.
Accept The Support Of Others – Especially if they shared special times with you and the one you’ve lost.
Remember Out Loud – Recalling aloud the good times can make them real again, especially when there is a group of you sharing.
Say Goodbye – Whether you got a chance to say goodbye or not, it is never too late to get it all out.
Take The Time – Take the time to remember. Although it is important to keep busy, you should never forget.
The hardest lesson to learn from grief is that life goes on. Keeping busy will help this sink in but you should always take time to remember. Never try to forget the person you lost. Taking time to reminisce with others who knew them and giving yourself a chance to say goodbye on your terms are ways to release some tension.
When time passes and you still feel you need answers and still need that connection, you can turn to automatic writing and see if it’s right for you.
Automatic Writing is the process by which an individual will transcribe spiritual messages without being conscious of what they are writing. Through this medium of communication you can connect with spirits and get the answers and connections you need. Although you may not get the spirit you are looking for, all spirits are connected and they can easily pass on the message that your loved one is there and they love you.
This is not an activity limited only to persons with natural or developed psychic powers. This activity is one anyone can learn. All it takes is a little coaching and lots of practice.
Lucky for you there is a coach for this. Jane Macomber is giving a four module teleseminar class on how to become and automatic writer. Jane is an automatic writer herself and she was able to release a book in 2008 based on her transmissions from the other side.
